We evaluate various facets of your lifestyle and health to identify and address the root cause of hormonal issues and symptoms you experience. I closely guide you to implement nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset changes to help you thrive in your health.

Evaluating current nutrition needs and deficiencies and implementing diet and lifestyle interventions to support hormonal health and/or fertility.
Transforming Gut Health and Digestion
Evaluating the health of the gut microbiome and digestive symptoms. Using nutritional therapy to improve digestive functioning and support th gut microbiome for hormone balance.
Regulating Blood Sugar
Implementing small lifestyle and diet tweaks to create stable blood sugar levels, a critical missing piece for most people in supporting hormonal regulation.
Optimizing Sleep and Circadian Rhythm
Improving sleep hygiene and optimizing sleep. Regulating the circadian rhythm through diet and lifestyle changes.
Supporting the Nervous System
Implementing diet and lifestyle changes that support healthy cortisol levels in the body to reduce inflammation and regulate the nervous system.
Learning Fertility Awareness
Learning Fertility Awareness to track your menstrual cycle and utilize menstrual charting as a diagnostic tool to monitor health. Learning to live in synch with your menstrual cycle to support hormonal changes throughout the cycle.
