Welcome

I’m Laura, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Women’s Hormone Health and Fertility Coach, Fertility Awareness Educator, and Mindfulness & Yoga Teacher.

I support women and menstruators develop radical reproductive health autonomy, address hormonal issues, support their fertility, and receive the holistic reproductive and sexual health education they were never taught.

My Journey into Women’s Health

I spent a decade bouncing between 8(!) types of hormonal birth control, which left me with a rollercoaster of negative side effects and frustration. After years of not feeling like myself and being continually dismissed by medical professionals, I finally listened to an intuitive call to stop taking synthetic hormones. Months after getting a copper IUD, I had a life-threatening ectopic pregnancy and subsequent abortion. I felt deeply disempowered by the reproductive care I received and disheartened by the lack of education I was offered about my body and reproductive health options.

When I first discovered the Fertility Awareness Method, I quickly dismissed it, thinking it must be some new age “woo woo” pseudoscience. To my surprise, with a little more research I discovered that it is as effective as the pill and rooted in robust fertility science. Still slightly nervous and skeptical, I decided to give it a try. I was amazed to finally learn how my body actually worked after so many years living in it. I found sovereignty in learning to manage my fertility without reliance on precarious reproductive health laws, pharmaceutical companies, insurance providers, doctors, and synthetic hormones.

I cultivated a deep intimacy through charting my menstrual cycle and connected to my body in a way I never had. I delved deep into the world of holistic health, spending years studying the intricacies of hormones, nutrition, and reproductive health. Through this process, I transformed my own hormonal health, stopped experiencing painful periods and PMS, and began to look forward to actually look forward to my period. I started to feel more alive and present through honoring the natural seasons within me and nourishing my body with a more balanced and holistic approach to health. After going on this journey with my own health, I felt a deep calling to share this wisdom with other women.

My mission is to support menstruators reconnecting with the potency and wisdom of their bodies and menstrual cycle through holistic reproductive health and body literacy education.

I feel a deep calling to expand access to holistic reproductive health education and options available for women and menstruating people so they can make informed decisions about their own bodies. In a world where healthcare is remedial and focused on symptom relief, I feel passionate about supporting people build thriving health in their daily life. It would be an honor to support you on your journey to connect with and support your body and find liberation in your reproductive and overall health.
